Ok I am going on a limb here I know however i dare claim that the title of the post is completely factual that BPOs have been among or else THE MOST overlooked Profit Centers in the Real Estate business.
 
Becoming an experienced REO and BPO Realtor for upwards of 12 years I've bumped into many Realtors and Brokers that have said many things about the business We are in everyday, Oftentimes I purchase retail Agents or Brokers who arrive at me asking how to get into the REO business. However rarely when get somebody who asks "How may i start doing BPOs?". Why? Well Let me dare to express that they just are certainly not that sexy. People want to be the next REO King or Queen but who wants to be described as a BPO agent? Truth does BPOs is strictly generate an income broke into the REO business and to this time the BPO is a big part of my business model.
 
But ok listed below are what the Objectors say:
 
One time i did BPOs however was simply sick and tired of running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is only not worth it!!!
 
My fact is NOT Worth the cost!!! Seriously??! Would it be worth it in the event you made an additional $25,000-$100,000+ a year just out of your BPO business?
 
Are we being serious? What supports those numbers? Answer is My offer does. Yes that's right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs per day 50 plus a week and over 300+ 30 days. After all expenses of my system I facelift $5000 monthly net as well as over $60,000 a year net from my company.
 
When people tell me they simply want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is a total waste of time I must say i feel that they are not the Agents or Brokers that have what must be done to really make it within the default servicing industry. Why? As they are not willing to attend any length to interrupt into or remain in the business enterprise. They really want the large checks, they really want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
 
What they may be passing up on has become a chance to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name in to the default servicing industry. My services hoping to change that a bit, one agent at the same time.
