Ok Intending on a limb i know however i dare say that the title on this blog post is very correct that BPOs are actually among if not One of the most overlooked Profit Centers from the Property business.
Just as one experienced REO and BPO Realtor for over 12 years I have bumped into many Realtors and Brokers that have said lots of things concerning the business I will be in everyday, Oftentimes I get retail Agents or Brokers who come to me asking the best way to break into the REO business. However rarely if get somebody who asks "How can I start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I'll dare to express that they can just aren't that sexy. Everybody wants is the next REO King or Queen but who wants to be described as a BPO agent? Fact of the matter is doing BPOs is precisely generate income broke to the REO business and this very day the BPO is a big part of my offer model.
But ok allow me to share what are the Objectors say:
I once did BPOs on the other hand was just sick and tired of seen for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is only not worth every penny!!!
My solution is NOT Worthwhile!!! Seriously??! Might it be worthwhile should you made an extra $25,000-$100,000+ annually just from your BPO business?
Am I being serious? What supports those numbers? Solution is My company does. Yes yes it's true daily I process usually over 10 BPOs every day more than 50 a week as well as over 300+ monthly. After all expenses of my system I facelift $5000 a month net well as over $60,000 annually net from my business.
When folks tell me they only want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs can be a waste I must say i think that they are not the sort of Agents or Brokers which have what it takes to really make it in the default servicing industry. Why? Since they're unwilling to attend any length to break into or stay in the company. They want the large checks, they want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
But what these are losing out on has become a possiblity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name to the default servicing industry. My service is trying to change that a bit, one agent at a time.
